Auto-detection of evidence platforms
AXIOM Process now includes an option to automatically detect the platform of the evidence source it's processing. This can help reduce the number of workflows that you maintain for separate platforms. You can select the automatic detection option for both Image and Watch folder workflows.
- Auto-detection can identify the platform for most logical image types, including encrypted ones.
- In an Image workflow, the platform is populated automatically during case creation if it's detected successfully. If not, you can manually specify the platform.
- In a Watch folder workflow, cases are sent to Pending cases if the platform is not detected successfully.
- The platform is also now exposed as a variable (${PLATFORM}) that can be consumed by custom scripts.

Bug fixes
- Custom field variables were showing up in the workflow variable legend with "Undefined" titles. -AUTO-1882
- It was possible to create and save a node application without a name. Having a node without a name prevented the creation of additional custom applications on the node. -AUTO-1537
- The names of AXIOM Exporter export types have been edited and reordered for consistency. Workflows that were created previously will have their export types mapped to the new values. -AUTO-2180
