Remotely Collect Data Via Proxy Servers
Magnet AXIOM Cyber is useful for organizations both large and small. However for those larger enterprise organizations that have thousands of endpoints across the world and a mature security posture, there some unique requirements that need to be satisfies.
For large enterprise organizations, it’s a common network security practice to segment the network using proxy servers. This effectively reduces the ability of external bad actors to remotely access internal servers, systems, and data. And unfortunately if your method of deploying a remote collection agent isn’t configured properly, a proxy server could potentially prevent remote collections from happening too.
AXIOM Cyber 5.4 introduces a simple and effective way to remotely collect data from endpoints when a proxy server is detected. No advanced configuration or setup is needed, just a single click is needed to enable automatic detection of a proxy server and AXIOM Cyber will deliver the remote agent to the target endpoint via a proxy server.
