Integrating Graykey
Combining Graykey with Magnet One delivers huge benefits, enabling more efficient mobile device access and extraction with fewer manual interactions. You’ll be able to automatically add mobile device data to new or existing Magnet One cases and share real-time status of your device extractions with your teams so you can easily keep everyone in the loop.
One standout feature that is sure to save you time and effort is automatic notifications when previously unsupported iOS or Android devices that you’ve connected to your Graykey since integrating Magnet One are now supported. You’ll now be able to quickly eliminate mobile devices from your backlog as soon as Graykey support is available, without having to manually track and check for updates yourself!

Integrating Axiom
When you combine Axiom with Magnet One, you’ll enable seamless evidence processing and analysis. You’ll be able to easily add case evidence from Graykey or other sources, kick off Axiom processing jobs from Magnet One, monitor progress at every step, and automatically notify investigators when they’re completed. All your case data is automatically synchronized between Magnet One and Axiom to reduce manual input – no more inputting case data multiple times in multiple tools!

Integrating Automate and Review
In addition to Graykey and Axiom, Magnet One also includes integration with Magnet Automate and Magnet Review, so you can add workflow automation and online evidence review to your Magnet One experience!
With Automate integration, you’ll be able to kick off automated workflows directly from Magnet One, and monitor their progress at every step.
With Review integration, you can see important details in Magnet One from cases uploaded to Review, including artifact counts, with links to go directly to your Review cases from. You’ll also be able to access reports created in Axiom or Review in one central location.

Customize Magnet One to make it your own
Every agency has different conventions for how they name and categorize their digital investigations. Magnet One includes several ways that you can customize your investigations to better suit the way you and your teams work your cases today.
With the Taxonomy Manager, you can control how elements like your cases, examinations, requests, and more appear by customizing key fields. For example, for your cases you can set custom case type names for your investigation types like ICAC or Homicide, with your choice of descriptions and color coded case tags that you can use to label cases for more precise categorizations.
