Another Set of Amazing Wins at the 2021 Forensic 4:cast Awards!

We are incredibly proud to share that, for the third year in a row, the DFIR community has awarded Magnet Forensics with the DFIR Team of the Year and DFIR Commercial Tool of the Year awards at the 2021 Forensic 4:cast Awards!

In addition, we’re excited to win the inaugural DFIR CTF/Challenge award for our Magnet Weekly CTF and Magnet Virtual Summit CTF competitions.

Thank you to the entire community for being unbelievably supportive during this award season. Because these awards are completely voter-driven, it means so much to us at Magnet Forensics because it demonstrates that we’re fulfilling our commitment to helping you do your essential work — and that’s what drives us day in and day out to make the best solutions we can.

Jad Saliba Joins the DFIR Hall of Fame

On top of these accolades, we’re also extremely proud to have our Founder & CTO, Jad Saliba inducted into the DFIR Hall of Fame. Jad has been a tireless advocate in the pursuit of justice and has always spearheaded initiatives to not only help in that pursuit, but to ensure that people in the DFIR community are well-served with products that help them every step of the way. Congratulations Jad!

This year’s awards were again announced at the virtual SANS DFIR Summit and we do wish we could have been there in person to thank every single person who took a moment to nominate and vote for us!
