A Message From Founder/CTO, Jad Saliba and CEO, Adam Belsher to Magnet Forensics Customers

Dear Valued Customers,

We’re pleased to share today that Magnet Forensics has conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and has officially started trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker MAGT. This is a significant milestone for our organization, and it comes with a tremendous amount of appreciation for you, our customers.

Your trust, feedback and support over the past decade has brought us here today. It has been an honor to partner with you in the pursuit of justice. We remain deeply committed to our mission to help our customers Seek Justice and Protect the Innocent.

This new phase of growth ultimately means we can do more to support you. We’d like to take this opportunity to share details of the evolution at Magnet:

Accelerating Our Innovation

You’re well aware of the exponential growth of cyberattacks and digital crimes. The complexity and volume of digital evidence critical to these investigations also continues to grow, all while organizations are experiencing a shortage in qualified personnel.

The investment in Magnet, through the IPO, is ultimately an acknowledgement of the importance of these challenges that we collectively face and provides us the resources to tackle them more aggressively.

Emboldened by Our Mission

As we considered an IPO and other financing options over the years, it was critical that we maintained our mission-orientation. It has helped us recruit and retain top talent, innovate with purpose, and drive value for our customers. Through the IPO process, our mission and who we serve was never in question. As a result, we feel emboldened by our mission.

Our Commitment to You

All of our decisions have come down to being the best company we can be for our customers, employees, and communities. We remain steadfast in these commitments.

Thank you to our customers and the incredible DFIR community. You have all played an important part in the Magnet Forensics journey to date. We are humbled by the important work that you do and the opportunity we have to contribute to it.

Sincerely,

Jad Saliba, Founder and Chief Technology Officer – Magnet Forensics

Adam Belsher, CEO – Magnet Forensics
